Whether you choose to fly, drive or travel by rail, there are plenty of ways to reach us from the UK and across Europe. If you’re able to travel by train or car, it’s a wonderful opportunity to slow down, see more of Europe and begin your retreat before you even arrive.
At Oru, we believe every journey is part of the experience. We know there isn’t a one-size-fits-all way to travel, but we do believe in travelling thoughtfully.
If you choose to fly, we’ll offset the emissions from your journey through our partnership with Ecologi, supporting climate and nature restoration projects. And if you’re able to, we’d love you to join us by matching your journey too.
Train
Travelling overland to Oru El Saltador is becoming easier than ever!
Almería is already connected to Madrid by direct rail services, making it easy to reach from elsewhere in Spain. The region is also being connected to Spain’s expanding high-speed rail network through the new Murcia to Almería high-speed line, part of the Mediterranean Corridor. Once complete, this will create faster rail connections between Almería, Madrid, Barcelona, France and the wider European rail network, enabling you to travel via train all the way from the UK!

Air
The closest airports are:
Almería Airport (LEI) - approximately 45 minutes from Oru El Saltador by car.
Murcia International Airport (RMU) – approximately 1 hour 45 minutes away by car.
