Oru El Saltador is being brought to life by an incredible team. Strategic direction, management and operations will be run by our UK operation, supported by the Spanish-based team on site. Our team has combined decades of experience across finance and strategy, creative placemaking and development, wellness, marketing and sustainability. Alongside this, we are proud to be bringing onboard a diverse mix of wellness practitioners, collaborators and current lead investors.

  • CEO & Co-Founder of Oru Space

    Vib has over 10 years experience working within Finance, Strategy and Operations at some of the world’s leading events, leisure and property companies, such as Second Home, The Football Association, 02 Arena, SSE Arena Wembley and Excel Centre, as well as being an ACMA Chartered Management Accountant.

    Paul is an experienced creative placemaker and entrepreneur, with a proven track record in delivering transformative development and regeneration projects internationally. He has led major schemes for global organisations including Skanska and Second Home working with world renowned architects Richard Meier, Selgascano, Ricardo Bofill and Hassell Studios.Having lived and worked across three European countries, Paul has developed cross‑cultural adaptability and the ability to thrive in challenging environments. His work focuses on delivering vibrant destinations that foster connection, wellbeing, and sustainable urban growth.

  • Head of Impact

    Impact and sustainability leader, part of the founding UK team at B Lab UK, with 8+ years building the B Corp movement in the UK and beyond. Advised FTSE100 companies, global brands, and purpose-led startups on stakeholder governance, regenerative business models, and systems change. At Oru, Catherine leads on all things impact, sustainability and events, ensuring El Saltador is a force for good - delivering land restoration, growth with purpose, and a positive impact on local communities.

  • Head of Wellness

    Wellness specialist with almost a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry, from running international retreats to managing multiple yoga studios that offer a wide range of wellbeing classes to the community. With a foundation in holistic health, Miri combines industry insight with operational excellence. Miri also has a background in the third sector managing operations and events for SME charities. At Oru Miri heads up our wellness department, overseeing over 200 weekly classes, regular monthly retreats and wellness partnerships, and will be leading our retreat operations and programme at Oru El Saltador.
